Job Summary :We are looking for a high-energy Sales Advisor to join our East Bangalore team. This role is designed for a real estate professional who understands the unique landscape of the “IT Corridor” and can navigate the needs of corporate professionals and high-net-worth investors. You will be the face of our projects, turning interest into ownership through expert guidance and strategic negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Stay ahead of market trends specifically within East Bangalore, including upcoming infrastructure developments and competitor pricing.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers/investors.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property listings, and pricing trends.
  • Assist clients throughout the buying/selling process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transaction.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and drive property visibility.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
